Northeast Texas Beekeepers Association is the beekeeping community for Canton and Van Zandt County, Texas and the surrounding area. Meetings are held 2nd Monday, 6:30pm – a good chance to meet local beekeepers face to face.
Members share hands-on know-how on hive inspections, pest and disease control, requeening, and pulling honey. Beyond meetings, clubs like this help with equipment group-buys, honey extraction, and pointing the public toward local beekeepers for swarm calls.
