Apis Pro Farms is a Dallas-based beekeeping operation that handles live honey bee removal and relocation with statewide Texas coverage, while running a serious breeding program on the apiary side. When bees are extracted alive from a wall, roof, or tree, the colony and comb are removed together and the bees are relocated to managed hives instead of being killed. A Breeding-First Beekeeping Operation

The farm works with multiple honey bee varieties – Carniolans, Caucasians, Cordobans, Russians, and local Texas stock – and partners with reputable breeders on special genetic projects, selecting for bees that are gentle, mite-resistant, productive, and winter-hardy. For beekeepers, the farm sells queens, nucleus colonies (nucs), complete hives, and insulated hives, including a eucalyptus wood hive offered with a five-frame nucleus colony. Apis Pro Farms also collaborates with The NewBee Journal on hive-environment research and supports BEe The World, a nonprofit that provides honey to cancer patients and pollination gardens to orphanages. The farm emphasizes raw, unheated honey, noting that honey’s natural enzymes are destroyed at temperatures above about 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
